<p>We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be hired, with the responsibility to perform Telephony and Internet Services support in direct contact with Customers and Business Customers, field technicians and 2nd level support teams.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues which arise after service activation.</li>
<li>Perform all required actions in order to support Telephony and Internet Services to customer, doing also all internal coordination activities that follow the troubleshooting process.</li>
<li>Organize field technician visits to customer premises in order to perform all appropriate actions.</li>
<li>Perform Services proactive Monitoring and run health checks.</li>
<li>Send technical incident reports to customers.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Graduate or Undergraduate in Greek Polytechnical University.</li>
<li>Graduate or Undergraduate Master Degree in Networking will be considered as plus.</li>
<li>Good general and technical education with qualifications in telecommunications, electronics and computing.</li>
<li>At least 3 years experience in administration of technology services (Fixed telephony – PBX administration- Internet solutions).</li>
<li>Technical knowledge of Transmission/Transport, IP Networks and configuration.</li>
<li>Very good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Very good interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Logical approach to problem solving and self-motivation.</li>
<li>Ability to retain knowledge and cross-match new problems with previous ones (Problem-solving skills).</li>
<li>A good command of written and spoken English.</li>
</ul>

<p>The Project Manager manages end-to-end projects and has responsibility for the planning, coordination, and deployment of the project/change into production.</p>
<p>They identify, manage, and mitigate project/change risks and issues in order to facilitate the on-time and on-budget delivery of capabilities and features aligned to the business outcome vision.</p>
<p>The Project Manager focusses upon managing the team in the delivery of the proposed change, management of their inter-dependencies and holding project stakeholders to account for delivering their individual activities effectively.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Accountable for defining and leading the programme/project, cutting across multiple channels, products, systems and departments, to time, budget, and scope from initiation through to completion.</li>
<li>Supervises a team of change delivery project management professionals and ensures compliance to Standards, policies and processes.</li>
<li>Runs a high performing, collaborative, delivery team, who may be directly managed or matrix managed.</li>
<li>Ensures overall integrity of the project and compliance to Standards.</li>
<li>Monitors performance across of projects/programmes that have either a dependency upon or are dependent on the project being managedin the portfolio to enable tracking of the strategy execution.</li>
<li>Demonstrates strong communication skills, coordinates project stakeholders and may also act as lead representative in key governance and decision meetings.</li>
<li>Maintains strong relations and works closely with stakeholders across SkyTelecom and external partners in order to ensure alignment with the broader commercial objectives of the business.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p>

<li>Bachelor In Business Administration.</li>
<li>Master’s in Project Management.</li>
<li>PMP Certification will be considered as a plus.</li>

<p>The ideal candidate should engage an approach for metric driven decisions and in-depth knowledge of how to use and evolve various KPIs set by the company.</p>
<p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="gmail-MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">At least 4 years of experience as a Telecom Product Manager, or Technical Telco Leader in Growth projects with a strong understanding of Acquisition, Activation &amp; Retention disciplines.</li>
